If you wish to enter by paper please click on the individual buttons for the from most appropriate to your entry, all entries by paper should add a £1 First aid fee for full entry.
For all entries, all prize money will be paid by Bank Transfer and the bank detail form must be filled in and returned with your entries. If no bank details are forwarded then we will assume that you have donated your winnings to the Club.
